This policy explains what ToolsLiving collects when you use toolsliving.com, why, who we share it with and what choices you have. If something is unclear, ask us.
The short version
- We don't run analytics, ads or affiliate links, and we set no cookies of our own.
- There are no sign-up or contact forms. You reach us by email.
- Our web host keeps standard server logs to run and protect the site.
- If you email us, we keep your email address and your message.
- We don't sell your data.
- You can ask to see, fix or delete what we hold about you.
Who we are
ToolsLiving runs the website at toolsliving.com. In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean ToolsLiving. Privacy email: [email protected].
What we collect

How we use it

- To send The Fix newsletter, if you asked to join it.
- To fix errors you report and turn common questions into guides. We never publish your name without asking you.
- To keep the site running and safe, for example to block attacks.
Who we share it with
- Our web host and email provider, which run the site and our email for us. They may use the data only to do that work.
- The law. We may share data if the law requires it, or to protect people, the site or our rights.
- A new owner. If ToolsLiving is sold or merged, your data may pass to the new owner, who must follow this policy or tell you about any change first.
We don't sell or share your data for advertising.
How long we keep it

Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:

- Fix it if it's wrong.
- Delete it.
- Take you off the newsletter list.
Email [email protected] and tell us what you want. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address. Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have more rights under state law. We will honor them, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Children
ToolsLiving is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
If we add new features
Before we add analytics, ads, affiliate links, forms or cookies, we will update this policy, change the date at the top and add a note to the change log.
